Stacey L. Flower, J.D.

Stacey is originally from New Jersey, moved out west for college........

Prior to law school, Stacey served as an active-duty Air Force officer. She graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in English. On active duty she served in Public Affairs at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, and at NORAD and U.S. Northern Command in Colorado Springs. After completing her military service, Stacey moved to Laramie and decided to go to law school. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the UW in 2019. She lived in Laramie until 2023 and then she, her husband, and their dog, Bella decided to move back East. She has been working remotely for Cook & Associates everyday since!!

Stacey is excited to help clients plan for the future and provide peace of mind to their families. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Wiley and their dog Bella. Stacey is admitted to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado.
