Stacey L. Flower, J.D.

Stacey is originally from New Jersey, moved out west for college, and has lived Laramie since 2015.

Prior to law school, Stacey served as an active-duty Air Force officer. She graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in English. On active duty she served in Public Affairs at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, and at NORAD and U.S. Northern Command in Colorado Springs. After completing her military service, Stacey moved to Laramie and decided to go to law school. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the UW in 2019. She is admitted to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado.

Stacey is excited to help clients plan for the future and provide peace of mind to their families. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Wiley and their dog Bella.
